Learning Basic Rights about Special Education A National Webinar for Spanish Speaking Parents

The New York Deaf-Blind Collaborative (NYDBC), California Deaf-Blind Services (CDBS), National Center on Deaf-Blindness (NCDB) and the National Family Association for Deaf-Blind (NFADB) are sponsoring a special webinar for families who speak Spanish to help them understand in their own language, important issues about the IEP process and how to advocate for appropriate services for their children with a dual sensory impairment.
